By using the www.aibilet.io platform, the user confirms acceptance of the provisions of this Public Offer.
1. General provisions
1.1. www.aibilet.io is an online platform for promoting, reserving, and selling tickets for cultural, artistic, sports, and entertainment events.
1.2. The platform acts as an intermediary between the Organizer and the Buyer, facilitating the purchase of electronic tickets.
1.3. All information, graphic elements, texts, features, and materials available on the platform are the property of www.aibilet.io or its partners and are protected under the legislation of the Republic of Moldova on copyright and intellectual property.
1.4. Copying, distributing, modifying, publishing, transmitting, or using platform content without the prior written consent of the rights holder is prohibited.
1.5. www.aibilet.io reserves the right to modify the structure, content, features of the platform, and the provisions of this Public Offer at any time, without prior notice.
2. Definitions
- "Buyer" / "Customer"
- a natural or legal person who uses the platform to reserve or purchase tickets.
- "Electronic Ticket" / "E-ticket"
- an electronic document sent to the user by email or available in their personal account, confirming the right of access to the event.
- "Ticket"
- a document issued in physical or electronic format that grants access to the event under conditions set by the Organizer.
- "Reservation"
- a temporary order created before payment is completed.
- "Event"
- a cultural, artistic, sports, or entertainment activity published on the platform.
- "Organizer"
- a natural or legal person responsible for organizing and holding the event.
- "Service fee" / "Processing commission"
- an amount charged for processing, administering, and issuing tickets, displayed before checkout is completed.
3. Use of the platform
3.1. The user is responsible for the accuracy of information entered when creating an account or placing orders.
3.2. www.aibilet.io may limit or suspend access for users who:
- abuse the platform;
- attempt to fraudulently manipulate the purchase process;
- resell tickets without authorization;
- affect the operation of the platform or the experience of other users.
3.3. The platform may set limits on the number of tickets that can be purchased for certain events.
4. Tickets and event access
4.1. After payment is confirmed, the electronic ticket is sent to the email address provided or becomes available in the personal account.
4.2. The user is responsible for keeping and securing the purchased ticket.
4.3. The Organizer may refuse access to persons who:
- present damaged or invalid tickets;
- display aggressive or inappropriate behavior;
- do not comply with event rules;
- do not meet the access conditions set for the event.
4.4. For events with age restrictions, the Organizer may request presentation of an identity document.
5. Fees and payments
5.1. The final ticket price may include a service fee or processing commission.
5.2. Applicable fees are displayed to the user before payment is completed.
5.3. The processing commission is non-refundable, except in cases expressly provided by applicable legislation.
5.4. Payment processing may be carried out through specialized third-party services.
6. Limitation of liability
6.1. The Organizer is fully responsible for holding the event, including changes to the date, location, schedule, or cancellation.
6.2. www.aibilet.io cannot be held liable for:
- cancellation or rescheduling of events;
- changes to the lineup or schedule;
- restrictions imposed by the Organizer or authorities;
- quality of services provided at the event;
- loss or unauthorized use of tickets after delivery.
6.3. The platform does not guarantee continuous, error-free operation or permanent availability of services.
6.4. www.aibilet.io is not liable for any damages resulting from use of the platform, technical interruptions, cyberattacks, or other situations beyond the platform's reasonable control.
6.5. In any case, the platform's maximum liability to the user cannot exceed the amount actually paid for the respective ticket.
7. Final provisions
7.1. This Public Offer is governed by the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
7.2. Any dispute arising in connection with use of the platform will be resolved amicably; if amicable resolution is not possible, it will be referred to the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
7.3. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the provisions of this Public Offer.
