1. General provisions
1.1. This Refund Policy sets out the conditions applicable to returning tickets purchased through the www.aibilet.io platform.
1.2. By purchasing a ticket, the user confirms that they have read and accepted the conditions of this policy.
1.3. www.aibilet.io acts exclusively as an intermediary platform between the Organizer and the Buyer. Refund decisions may also depend on conditions set by the event Organizer.
2. Refund conditions
2.1. Refunds for tickets are possible exclusively in the case of:
- event cancellation;
- event rescheduling;
- other situations expressly provided by the Organizer in the event description.
2.2. In the event of cancellation, only the nominal value actually paid for the ticket is refunded. The processing fee charged by the platform is non-refundable.
2.3. In the event of rescheduling, the user may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the official announcement of the new date.
2.4. If the event description does not expressly provide for the possibility of returns, tickets are considered non-refundable.
2.5. Events declared "Sold Out" are not eligible for refunds.
2.6. Refund requests submitted less than 5 calendar days before the event may be rejected.
2.7. After the event has taken place, tickets can no longer be returned or refunded in any form.
2.8. Exceptional cases may be reviewed individually together with the Organizer, without this creating an obligation to approve the refund.
3. Refund methods
3.1. Approved refunds are made using the same method used for purchase or by bank transfer, as applicable.
3.2. Tickets purchased online by bank card:
- are refunded to the account used for purchase;
- processing may take up to 14 calendar days from confirmation of the request;
- refunds may be limited by the rules of the payment processor or the banking institution.
3.3. Tickets purchased in person, in cash:
- may require presentation of the ticket and proof of purchase;
- are refunded according to instructions communicated to the user.
3.4. Tickets purchased through payment terminals:
- may be refunded exclusively to a bank account in MDL indicated by the user;
- in certain situations, physical presentation at the office may be required.
3.5. You may request a full order refund or individual ticket refunds, subject to the event policy. The platform fee is non-refundable.
3.6. Exchanging tickets for other tickets, categories, or events is not guaranteed and may be refused.
4. Lost, stolen tickets or unauthorized access
4.1. The user is responsible for the security of purchased tickets and access to their personal account and the email address used for the order.
4.2. In case of loss, theft, or unauthorized access to tickets, the user must notify the platform without delay using the contact methods available on the site.
4.3. www.aibilet.io may apply reasonable technical measures to verify and recover tickets, but does not guarantee their recovery.
4.4. The platform is not liable for use of tickets by third parties if the user:
- did not notify the incident in time;
- voluntarily transferred the tickets;
- compromised access to their personal account or email.
4.5. By issuing and delivering tickets to the email address indicated by the user or displaying them in the personal account, the service is considered fully provided.
4.6. www.aibilet.io is not responsible for inability to access tickets caused by:
- lack of access to email;
- lost passwords;
- errors entered by the user;
- email account blocking;
- technical issues with third-party services used by the user.
4.7. Resending tickets to another email address may be done exclusively on an exceptional basis and at the platform's discretion.
5. Seat relocations and changes
5.1. In certain situations, the Organizer may request seat relocation for technical, logistical, or production reasons.
5.2. The user will be informed about newly assigned seats when possible.
5.3. In case of relocation, the user may request a refund of the nominal ticket value, according to the conditions communicated for the respective event.
6. Reduced visibility seats
6.1. For certain events, tickets may be sold explicitly marked as "reduced visibility".
6.2. By purchasing these tickets, the user accepts the possibility of limitations regarding the viewing experience.
6.3. Reduced visibility tickets are non-refundable, except in cases expressly provided by the Organizer or applicable legislation.
7. Meet & Greet tickets
7.1. Meet & Greet tickets may represent additional services offered by the Organizer and do not guarantee access to the main event unless expressly specified.
7.2. Conditions applicable to Meet & Greet tickets are displayed in the event description.
7.3. Meet & Greet tickets are generally non-refundable.
8. Final provisions
8.1. www.aibilet.io reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy without prior notice.
8.2. This Policy is governed by the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
8.3. Continued use of the platform and purchase of tickets constitutes acceptance of the provisions of this Refund Policy.
