1. General provisions
1.1. These Regulations set out the terms of use of the www.aibilet.io platform and the rules for purchasing electronic tickets for events published on the platform.
1.2. By using the platform and checking "Accept Terms and Conditions", the user confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted the provisions of these Regulations.
1.3. The www.aibilet.io platform facilitates the sale of electronic tickets for events organized by third parties. The relationship regarding holding the event exists directly between the Organizer and the Buyer.
1.4. The electronic ticket is proof of the right of access to the event, under conditions set by the Organizer.
1.5. www.aibilet.io reserves the right to modify these Regulations at any time, without prior notice. The updated version will be available on the platform.
2. Purchasing tickets
2.1. To purchase an electronic ticket, the user must:
- select the desired event;
- choose the date, category, and number of tickets;
- complete the data required to process the order;
- select the available payment method.
2.2. After initiating payment, the user will be redirected to a secure transaction processing page.
2.3. The order may have a limited reservation time. If payment is not completed within the indicated interval, the reservation may be automatically cancelled.
2.4. A processing commission may apply for use of platform services, displayed before payment is completed. The commission covers operational and administrative costs of the service and is non-refundable, including when a ticket is returned.
2.5. After payment is confirmed, the electronic ticket is sent to the email address provided by the user during purchase.
2.6. The user is responsible for the accuracy of entered data and for securing access to the email address used for the order.
2.7. On the day of the event, the ticket may be presented in digital or printed format and will be validated at entry.
3. Returning tickets
3.1. Refunds for tickets are possible exclusively under conditions set by the Organizer or in case of event cancellation or rescheduling.
3.2. In case of event cancellation, only the nominal value actually paid by the user for the ticket is refunded. The processing commission charged by the platform is not refunded.
3.3. In case of event rescheduling, the user may request a refund within 14 days from the official announcement of the new date.
3.4. If the event description does not expressly provide for returns, tickets are considered non-refundable.
3.5. Refund requests submitted less than 3 calendar days before the event may be rejected.
3.6. Approved refunds are made using the same method used for purchase or by bank transfer, within the timeframe communicated to the user.
4. Data confidentiality
4.1. www.aibilet.io respects the confidentiality of personal data and applies necessary measures to protect it, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
4.2. User data may be used exclusively for processing orders, communications about events, and operating the platform.
4.3. Users may request updating or deletion of personal data by submitting a request to the contact address displayed on the platform.
5. Responsibilities and limitation of liability
5.1. The Organizer is fully responsible for organizing and holding the event, including changes to date, location, schedule, lineup, access restrictions, or cancellation.
5.2. www.aibilet.io acts exclusively as an intermediary platform for selling electronic tickets and cannot be considered the organizer of events published on the platform, except where expressly indicated.
5.3. www.aibilet.io is not liable for:
- postponement, cancellation, or modification of events;
- changes to artists, schedule, or location;
- quality of services provided at the event;
- restrictions imposed by the Organizer or public authorities;
- refusal of access to participants by the Organizer in case of violation of event rules.
5.4. The Organizer has the right to refuse access to persons who:
- do not comply with event rules;
- display aggressive or inappropriate behavior;
- are under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances;
- cannot present an identity document for events with age limits.
In these situations, the ticket price will not be refunded.
5.5. www.aibilet.io is not liable for loss, theft, transfer to third parties, copying, or unauthorized use of tickets after they have been sent to the user.
5.6. The platform reserves the right to suspend or cancel tickets suspected of fraud, duplication, unauthorized resale, or abusive use.
5.7. www.aibilet.io cannot be held liable for technical interruptions, temporary unavailability of the platform, payment service errors, network problems, cyberattacks, or other circumstances beyond the platform's reasonable control.
5.8. www.aibilet.io is exempt from liability in cases of force majeure, including but not limited to: fires, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, restrictions imposed by authorities, armed conflicts, power or communication network outages, and other situations that make it impossible to fulfill assumed obligations.
5.9. In any case, the platform's maximum liability to the user cannot exceed the nominal value actually paid for the purchased ticket.
5.10. Any dispute arising in connection with use of the platform or purchase of tickets will be resolved amicably; if this is not possible, the dispute will be referred to the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
5.11. These Regulations are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
