Got people, got a place,
got a ticket.

AiBilet is an online ticketing platform operated by MAI PE SCURT S.R.L. in Bucharest, Romania. Organizers use it to publish events and sell tickets; buyers use it to discover events and pay online. The organizer of each event is the seller of its tickets, and the site works in 3 languages: Romanian, English and Russian.

Buying a ticket takes 4 steps and about 30 seconds:

1. Find the event with the search or in the events list.
2. Choose your tickets, or your seats on the hall plan.
3. Pay by card at the secure checkout.
4. Get the e-ticket by email and show it at the entrance from your phone.

Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, a payment provider certified PCI DSS Level 1, the highest security level in the card industry. Card details are processed only by Stripe and never reach AiBilet.

If the event is cancelled, the organizer refunds the full ticket price. If it is postponed, you choose between a refund and keeping the ticket for the new date. The money goes back to your card, usually within 5–10 business days, as set out in the terms for buyers. For disputes, you can also turn to ANPC.

There is no subscription: the organizer pays only a commission per ticket sold. An event page is ready in about 5 minutes, with a seat plan, online card payments and ticket scanning at the entrance. Details on the page for organizers.
