Who handles refund requests?

The organizer of the event is the seller of the tickets and decides on refund requests. Their contact details are shown at checkout and on the order receipt you received by email. If you cannot reach them, write to us and we will help you get in touch. Refunds go back to the card used for payment, usually within 5–10 business days, as set out in the terms for buyers.
