This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies are used by the www.aibilet.io platform (the "Platform"), operated by MAI PE SCURT S.R.L. ("we" or "us"), and how you can manage your consent. It supplements the Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
1.1. Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser and reads on later visits. They make it possible, for example, to keep you signed in or to remember the language you chose.
1.2. We also use similar technologies that save information in the browser: local storage (localStorage), kept until it is deleted, and session storage (sessionStorage), deleted when the tab is closed. In this policy, "cookies" also covers these technologies.
1.3. First-party cookies are set by the Platform. Third-party cookies are set by other providers, for example Microsoft or Meta, through their scripts, on the Platform's domain or on their own domains.
1.4. Session cookies are deleted when you close the browser. Persistent cookies remain until their expiry date or until you delete them.
2. How we use them
2.1. We use cookies in the following categories:
- Essential: they make the Platform work, for example sign-in, the purchase session, security, the support chat and remembering your cookie choices. They do not require consent and cannot be turned off in the banner.
- Preferences: they remember choices you make, for example the language or the type of account you signed in with. We use them without consent because they support features you ask for. In the cookie banner, they are part of the "Essential" category.
- Analytics: they show us, in aggregate, how the Platform is used. We use Microsoft Clarity, which records how you use the pages, for example clicks, scrolling and mouse movements, for interaction heatmaps and session recordings. If you are signed in, Clarity also receives the internal identifier of your account, not your email address. We use them only with your consent.
- Marketing: the measurement pixels that some event organizers (the "Organizers") add to their event page (section 4). We use them only with your consent.
2.2. Tickets are paid for on the Stripe page. The cookies used there are Stripe's and are governed by Stripe's policy.

3.2. The rows marked "local storage" or "session storage" are the similar technologies described in point 1.2.
3.3. The Meta, TikTok and Google cookies appear only on the pages of events whose Organizers have added pixels (section 4).
3.4. The durations of third-party cookies are those stated by the providers and may change. Providers may also set other cookies on their own domains, under their own policies.
4. Organizers' pixels
4.1. Some Organizers add to their event page, including the order confirmation page, measurement pixels from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok or Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads).
4.2. The pixels measure visits to the event page and the purchase steps: viewing the event, choosing tickets, starting payment and the purchase, with the order value, currency and number. This allows the Organizer to measure their advertising campaigns.
4.3. The pixels load only if you accept marketing cookies. Without this consent, no pixel loads on the event page.
4.4. The data collected through the pixels reaches Meta, TikTok or Google, which process it under their own privacy policies. The Organizer decides which pixels to add and uses the results for their campaigns. These providers may transfer the data outside the European Economic Area.
5. Managing your consent
5.1. On your first visit, the cookie banner lets you:
- accept all cookies, with the "Accept all" button;
- keep only essential cookies, with the "Essential only" button;
- choose analytics and marketing cookies separately, under "Preferences", then "Save".
5.2. If you refuse analytics and marketing cookies, you can still use the Platform.
5.3. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time. Delete the www.aibilet.io site data in your browser settings (cookies and data stored by the site), and the banner will appear again on your next visit. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
5.4. In your browser settings you can also block or delete cookies. If you block essential cookies, some features, for example signing in or buying tickets, will not work. Instructions are available in your browser's help section.
5.5. For the cookies set by Microsoft, Meta, TikTok or Google on their own domains, you can also use the privacy settings offered by these providers.
6. Changes
6.1. We update this policy when the cookies used on the Platform or the law change. The new version is published on this page, with its effective date.

6.3. This policy is available in Romanian, English and Russian. If the versions differ, the Romanian version prevails.
