What is AiBilet?

AiBilet is an online ticketing platform for events. Organizers use it to publish concerts, festivals, theatre shows and conferences and to sell tickets online. Buyers use it to find an event, pay by card in about 30 seconds and get the ticket on their phone. AiBilet runs at www.aibilet.io and is operated by MAI PE SCURT S.R.L., a company registered in Bucharest, Romania.

What can buyers do on AiBilet?

  • Search events by name, venue, category, city, date and price.
  • Choose their seats on the hall plan, when the event has one.
  • Pay by card through Stripe, a payment provider certified PCI DSS Level 1, the highest security level in the card industry.
  • Receive the e-ticket by email and show it at the entrance from their phone.
  • Use the site in 3 languages: Romanian, English and Russian.

What do organizers get?

  • An event page ready in about 5 minutes, on the AiBilet address or on their own domain.
  • A 2D hall plan in real metres, where every seat or standing zone becomes a ticket with its own price and stock.
  • Online card payments through Stripe, paid directly into the organizer's Stripe account.
  • No subscription: AiBilet charges only a commission per ticket sold.
  • Meta Pixel and TikTok tracking, daily statistics and ticket scanning at the entrance.
  • A documented REST API for integrations.

Who sells the tickets?

The event organizer is the seller of the tickets and the buyer's contractual partner. AiBilet is the software the organizer sells them with. What happens when an event is cancelled or postponed is set out in the terms for buyers.
